Understand where to take energy towards long-term goals
• Find meaningful benchmarks for vision, goals, and plans for 1 year to 10 years or more

How will it be?
Practical work with yourself
The workshop consists of 20 exercises and 5 visualizations, completing which you will gain new skills and ways of acting.
These exercises you will do under the video, in which Alexander Savkin details what and how to do, what to focus on in the process.
Alexander will “guide” you through the practices as if you were doing them in his real training.
Understandable theory
You will find 4 video lessons lasting 16–40 minutes and 1 bonus lesson, in which Alexander Savkin clearly and interestingly talks about finding goals.
Homework after each lesson
Homework does not require any special tools or changes in your daily schedule – they are harmoniously integrated into your usual way of life.
Comfortable pace of learning
You choose the speed at which to take the workshop – you can learn everything in a couple of weeks or 2 months.

Accompaniment of a coaching consultant
You can’t always see your behavior and thinking. Coach becomes a mirror that reflects what you don’t notice.
Everyone has experience in finding and achieving goals, limitations, and resources that affect the goal-setting process. Some of this you realize or can see for yourself, and some of it is not. Coach helps to work out exactly your unique “set” of ways to interact with the goal.
Some patterns of thinking are so ossified that it is impossible to get rid of them on your own – you need external help in working with them, which is provided by a coach.
And most importantly, all in one place.
Video lectures, homework assignments, technical support and contact with the curator — all on the GetCourse platform. The material is available both from your computer and from the app on your phone and tablet.

Since childhood, we are taught to choose one goal and go to it all our lives, but this is not entirely true. Over the years, our needs have changed.
And with it, our true purpose changes.
There are several goals, as well as needs. If we choose one thing for the rest of our lives, then over time we become “stuck” – we cease to enjoy achieving the goal, energy and gradually lose meaning in principle to strive for something.
This workshop will help you learn how to find goals that are built on your current needs and individual talents. Goals that will fill your life with meaning and help you maximize your uniqueness in every moment of time.
I wish you to find your Path of the Heart as soon as possible—the path you will walk with joy!

Frequently asked questions
How is this course different from dozens of others?
This is not just a lecture course, but a full author’s workshop. We designed it so that after completing it you gain not only knowledge, but skills for working with purpose and goals, and your energy and state change. Besides theoretical lectures, this workshop includes:
- 20 exercises and 5 visualizations you can do guided by Alexander Savkin’s voice;
- homework after each lesson;
- 5 individual coach sessions to work through the material.
We did everything so that after the workshop your life and how you relate to meaning and goals improve. All you need is a clear intention to use this opportunity.
How and when will I study?
All materials are on the GetCourse platform, so you can study from a computer, tablet, or phone.
You set your own learning schedule. The main thing is to complete everything within 2 months — that is how long you have access to the platform.
Can I extend access to the workshop beyond 2 months?
Yes, you can extend workshop access if you did not finish in time or want to return to the materials. Write to the workshop curator on GetCourse about your request.
Why do I need work with a coach?
If you truly want to find your true purpose, energy to achieve it, and stronger motivation, watching videos alone is not enough. Yes, you will get new knowledge, but not skills.
A coach is also needed to:
- see your true, unconscious needs;
- explore your individual experience of finding and achieving goals, your limits and resources that affect goal-setting, and find your own “set” of ways to interact with a goal;
- work through rigid thinking patterns you cannot drop on your own.
Which coaches will accompany me?
In the Standart package you are accompanied by coaches of the Coaching Institute who completed the three-year program “Integral Technologies for Developing People and Organizations”. They attend supervision and psychotherapy, and each has more than 300 hours of individual practice. You will be in reliable hands!
In the VIP package you are accompanied by Alexander Savkin himself. He has been consulting since 1994. Individual practice: more than 10,000 hours; group work: more than 5,500 hours. Thanks to this, Alexander helps you quickly reach non-obvious, essential difficulties and solve the task — if you are ready for it.
Can Alexander Savkin himself accompany me?
Yes — if you choose the VIP package.
Can I take the workshop without individual coaching?
If you consider yourself disciplined and are sure you will complete all homework and practices on your own, there is a lighter option — the Light package.
What methodology is the workshop based on?
The workshop is based on the Coaching Institute’s author methodology and the integral approach. The methodology is described in the book by Marina Danilova, Alexander Savkin, and Yana Melville (2020).
Integral coaching focuses on holistic change in a person’s way of life and transformation. This approach is needed in personal crisis, when circumstances require surpassing yourself in a short time, and in cases that demand a shift in the logic of action.
What other online workshops by Alexander Savkin can I take?
Alexander Savkin also has the author workshop “How to Resist Manipulation”. In that workshop you will learn to:
- Recognize manipulation in communication. Notice when someone manipulates you and when you manipulate others.
- Transform manipulative relationships into direct, open, and trusting ones
- Change automatic reactions into conscious ones and learn to achieve goals without manipulation.
