Founded and managed (from 1992 to 2000) the Organizational Forum for Healthcare Leaders, a leading educational network for healthcare executives in North America.
In 2003, he became one of the founders of Pacific Integral, a consulting and educational laboratory aimed at developing the ability of individuals and organizations in leading positions in the market to create the desired future. The innovative Pacific Integral program “Generating Transformative Change” brings together participants from around the world and has been named in two recent scientific studies as one of the best long-term transformational programs of its kind.
