Anastasia Nekrasova

Holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Pedagogy from Pomorsky State University in Arkhangelsk, Russia, and an MBA in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.

Anastasia’s professional interests lie in the field of international business development and business education. She founded her own consultancy in Russia in the late 1990s, the Business Support Bureau “Runa,” which provided assistance to many Scandinavian companies in their efforts to internationalize in Russia, Ukraine, and the Baltic states. Since 2010, Anastasia has been studying ways to apply the theory of integral development and adult development theory in the fields of business and leadership. Additionally, she researches how cultural intelligence (CQ — “cultural quotient”) supports the development of individual and organizational transformation potential.
